Hi, I’m Theo.
I’m a food fanatic, originally from Manchester and the proud founder of Out of the Box Food.
In 2016 I found myself craving a bite of something bigger. A move to London and four years later, I am a Gordon Ramsay trained chef, with extensive experience in some of the capital’s top restaurants ranging from The Savoy, to 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
However, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, the hospitality industry was hit hard. Yet, despite being unable to work, I was determined to maintain my passion for cooking and continue doing what I loved best, no matter what.
In between working for these renowned kitchens, I’d also gained experience in private dining and catering. It was the enhanced intimacy of these events which highlighted how rewarding it felt to bring a touch of luxury to people’s homes through the power of food.
So, sticking with this theme and using the highest quality, freshest ingredients, I decided to use my furloughed time to create pre-prepared meals for busy families and working professionals within the area of Battersea.
And from this, Out Of The Box Food was born.
It has been a crazy few months and I have enjoyed every second of cooking for some lovely locals. Now, I’m proud to say that I’m my own boss and have been able to make my passion into a business, offering top-quality, nutritious food at an affordable price all to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home or office.
